Dale! Network Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Who we are

This website (dalenetwork.com) is operated by Dale Network Corporation, a California corporation doing business as Dale! Network ("Dale Network," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6850 Bovey Ave, Reseda, CA 91335.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through dalenetwork.com and our related advertiser, publisher, and media services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. Other websites we operate, such as PollsRewards, and our survey division's site have their own privacy policies, and those policies govern information collected there.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form and email. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
  • Advertiser and publisher applications. If you apply to become an advertiser or affiliate publisher, we collect business and contact details such as your name, email address, company, mailing address, phone number, and website details. The affiliate sign-up and member area run on a third-party affiliate tracking platform that processes this information on our behalf.
  • Payment information. If you become an approved affiliate, we may also collect the payment and tax information needed to pay you.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the website, our servers and service providers may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and date and time. We collect this through server logs and cookies.

Ad network activity

When someone interacts with an advertisement or offer served through our affiliate network, we and our tracking platform may record an IP address, cookie identifier, pages viewed, and time in order to measure clicks and conversions and to detect fraud.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your messages and provide support;
  • review applications, set up and manage advertiser and affiliate accounts, and pay commissions;
  • operate, secure, and improve the website and our services;
  • measure the performance of campaigns and detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • send you service and business communications, and marketing messages where you have chosen to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time); and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that host our website, provide email, run our affiliate tracking platform, process payments, and help with security and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertisers and publishers, to the extent needed to run an affiliate program you take part in (for example, reporting the results of a campaign).
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dale Network, our partners, or others, or to detect and prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers. If Dale Network is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep members signed in to the member area, to track clicks and conversions in our affiliate network, to detect fraud, and to keep the website working. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may stop working. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, our website does not otherwise respond to them.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including as long as you have an account with us or an ongoing business relationship, and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including limiting access to those who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Age requirement

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Your choices

  • Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email [email protected].
  • Your information. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Active affiliates can also update their account information in the member area.

California privacy notice

If you are a California resident, this section applies to you, including in your role as a business contact. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, IP address, and cookie identifiers); business and commercial information (such as company name and program participation); internet activity (such as pages viewed on our website); and, for approved affiliates, payment and tax information. We collect this from you and from your devices, for the purposes described in "How we use information," and disclose it to the service providers and other recipients described in "How we share information." We do not sell or share personal information and do not collect sensitive personal information other than account and payment credentials and, for approved affiliates, tax identification numbers where we are required to collect them.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and use, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "California Privacy Request," or write to Dale Network Corporation, Attn: Privacy, 6850 Bovey Ave, Reseda, CA 91335. We will verify your request by matching it to information we already hold, confirm receipt within 10 business days, and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for written proof of their authority.

Residents of other states

If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights to access, correct, and delete your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Use the request methods above. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with the subject "Appeal."

Third-party sites

Our website and communications may link to third-party sites, including advertiser and publisher sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where the law requires, we will notify you.
